Now we are hiring a Service Line Sales Specialist with deep knowledge in Sales Marketing Service and Commerce functions in Healthcare and Lifesciences industry , thus leading CX / CRM solutions powered by platforms like Salesforce, Veeva etc.
We are looking for an all-round sales specialist who understands the customer experience challenges in the different industries and how these can be addressed through CX/CRM Platforms

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Experience in the digital ecosystem (UK&I), knowledge of the industry trends, customer challenges, potential opportunities in various technology areas
  • Business acumen to talk to CEO’s and revenue owners, with the depth to translate the business requirements to CIO’s, VP’s of Development and Operations
  • Deep understanding of the customer engagement functions (Sales, Marketing, Service, Commerce) as relevant for the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry in UKI/ Europe
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in selling CRM Platform solutions.
  • Ability to find digital solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential.
  • Experience in understanding client requirements and mapping to service offerings
  • Proven leadership qualities with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German as business languages
