Description:

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • IT Degree with minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in business continuity management or DR
  • management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT service management
  • Working experience in IT infrastructure
  • Working experience in IT operations
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, change/release management
  • ITIL foundation certificate
  • Certification in Business Continuity Management
  • Experience with ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Certification in Business Continuity Management
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Keen attention to detail
