Description:
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
- IT Degree with minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in business continuity management or DR
- management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT service management
- Working experience in IT infrastructure
- Working experience in IT operations
- Hands-on experience in configuration, change/release management
- ITIL foundation certificate
- Certification in Business Continuity Management
- Experience with ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Certification in Business Continuity Management
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Autonomous and selfmotivated
- Ability to lead, influence and coordinate resources to achieve results
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
