Service Manager (Cape Town)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE

This reliable, multi-brand dealership is looking for an experienced Service Manager to take the team to the next level. You will be responsible for the full productivity and profitability of the workshop and frontline staff. We are looking for a hands-on person, with a strong business acumen and technical knowledge. We require at least 5 years of RECENT Service Management experience within a franchised dealership, a stable work history and contactable references.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
At least 5 years of Recent Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
Multi-brand dealership experience will be HIGHLY beneficial
Working knowledge of a DMS
Excellent people management skills
Understanding of dealer service levels
A stable work history
Contactable References
