We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Calibration and Repair Service (CRS) team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Join us to lead a high-performing team and drive service excellence in a global environment.

Responsibilities:
You will be part of our Calibration and Repair Service (CRS) team, leading a professional team of eight. You will report to Service Center Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Center’s Service Coordinator team in line with business performance targets
- Lead and develop Service Coordinators team competences, processes and tools together with stakeholders
- Securing excellent customer and employee experience, operational quality and safety
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time
- Lead, motivate, coach and support the local team
- Co-operation with other (CRS) service managers globally
