Description:
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for but not limited to developing and engaging a team of service employees that will offer legendary customer service to all customers, enhancing the company brand and reputation while working toward business objectives.
We seek a candidate who has a core foundation of integrity, and is willing and able to use commitment and creativity to drive our organization towards success. This position is located in Fort St. John, British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with experience hiring, training, motivating and performance management of direct reports.
- industry experience is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to think strategically, troubleshoot and multi-task.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills – MS Office; SAP experience considered an asset.
- Must be able to travel within the region.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve the customer service experience for our clients in order to facilitate organic growth and sustain a competitive edge for Enerflex.
- Take ownership of customer issues; ensure disputed invoices and other concerns are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Recruit, onboard & train, develop and mentor employees; promote an environment where staff can excel; provide regular ongoing feedback, conduct annual performance reviews.
- Ensure employees maintain a safety mindset while working, responsible for safety incident follow up and actions.
- Develop and enforce service procedures, policies and standards.
- Responsible for service department budgets and expenditures – meet objectives through forecasting requirements, cost controls, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions with additional focus on labor utilization and recoverables.
- Maintain and manage all internal service warranties, OEM claims and policy adjustments.
- Responsible for branch service invoicing accuracy. Oversee checks on technician service reports (services repairs, tune ups, overhauls, oil & gas samples, etc.).
- Oversee and manage service WIP, accruals & Accounts Receivables.
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement in order to reach new customers and further build Enerflex’s reputation as a knowledge based company that provides superior technical and high quality equipment.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Actively support and enforce company HR and HSE policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
