Description:

We are currently looking for a senior Service Manager to manage core banking services as well as other shared services. You will be working with one or several service domains/areas and drive the service management of these, according to Ikano Banks ways of working. You will be part of the Chapter Product & Service, the function Digital Delivery, and join a team on experienced Service Managers.
Ikano Bank has during the last few years been on a transformation journey to a more adaptive and agile way of working. Many delivering teams work in DevSecOps using SAFe, but we also have other teams operating more independently, and we are at the same time driving traditional waterfall projects with service transitions. Furthermore, we are working in a matrix organization with several “chapters” delivering key competencies for IT delivery, which makes the delivery organization very flexible and adaptable,

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience in Service Management, ITSM
  • Minimum 3 years of successful professional experience in Supplier Management
  • Multivendor service delivery
  • Traditional waterfall and agile ways of working for development
