Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Service Manager/Coordinator to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams in Portugal, that collaborate with other Teams in the Netherlands and work with international clients across Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinating daily operations, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication across our international teams in Lisbon and Utrecht;
- Serve as the first point of escalation for client issues, demonstrating excellent communication skills;
- Work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds;
- Adapt communication styles to bridge cultural differences and enhance team collaboration;
- Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures to optimize service delivery;
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing their unique needs and fostering positive relationships.
