Description:
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Service Management;
- Experience in optimizing the service from an analytical point of view;
- Close contact between technical teams and the business;
- Experience in preparing reports and creating KPIs;
- Good knowledge of Power BI and Excel;
- Experience in the banking or financial sector will be valued;
- Good leadership and communication skills;
- Client-oriented.
