We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Service Manager to join the Kia/Jeep team in Narellan. To excel in this role, you will be a natural leader who thrives on challenges.

• Maximising and maintaining growth opportunities while ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.
• Taking ownership and accountability for the performance and daily activities of the Service department.
• Achieving all internal KPIs, manufacturer targets, and dealer standards.
• Overseeing team productivity, ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.
• Delivering a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales and Parts departments.
