Position Title: Service Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary: AED 2,000–3,000 + Incentives based on reducing downtime for repairs
JOB SUMMARY:
Royal Rides Limousine LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet by overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs. The Service Manager will be responsible for minimizing downtime in workshops, managing insurance claims, and guiding chauffeurs on vehicle features and safe driving practices. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and safety of our fleet.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year in workshop environment, vehicle maintenance, or a related role.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and claim management.
SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
