Are you an experienced tech repair specialist looking to take on a leadership role? Do you enjoy organizing operations, managing workflows, and working hands-on with repairs? Creative IT is seeking a skilled Tech Repair & Service Manager to manage the daily operations of our repair and IT support services while delivering excellent results for our customers.
This role combines technical expertise with operational management and is ideal for someone with Level 1 and Level 2 skills who’s ready to hit the ground running.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in computer repairs (essential).
  • Proven skills in phone and tablet repairs.
  • Exposure to IT support services (Level 1 and Level 2).
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and streamline service operations.
  • An interest in learning and growing technical skills, including advanced repairs.
  • An interest in AI tools, with exposure to such systems considered a bonus.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • A passion for technology and staying ahead of the curve in the tech repair industry.
  • Experience in a similar role, with the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Tech Repair & Service Manager , you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service side of the business, ensuring repairs and IT support tickets are managed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets.
  • Oversee and manage all IT service, computer repair, and mobile device repair tickets from start to completion.
  • Price repairs accurately to ensure profitability without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and assign daily tasks for technicians to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain stock of repair parts and list excess inventory on marketplaces.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Handle technical queries from customers and provide professional advice.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize profits by suggesting appropriate solutions for customers’ needs (without unnecessary upselling).
  • Ensure repair and service targets are achieved through effective management and leadership.
