Description:
JOB SUMMARY
To lead mobilisations of new maintenance contracts and provide continuous service support across all regions of the business. The mobilisation manager will be key to ensuring correct and compliant set up for each contract introduced into the business.
SKILLS:
- Sound knowledge of Alarm Master and its functionalities (although not an absolute requirement is preferred)
- Forward planning and project management with the ability to organise and re-prioritise under considerable pressure.
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Office and to an advanced level at Excel in particular.
- A systematic approach to solving complex problems.
- Well-developed people management skills in relation to both office and field based staff.
- Attentive to detail and able to identify errors swiftly.
- Excellent communication, both verbally and written.
- Being able to self-manage and prioritise work load whilst, maintaining both internal and external expectations at all times.
- Managing multiple tasks at once, across multiple contracts, ensuring that key milestones are achieved for contract mobilisations.
- A professional and high level of interpersonal skills at all levels.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Ideally must have a technical background from the Fire & Security Industry and be able to apply both theory and at times practical
- In depth knowledge of the fire and security industry and the disciplines offered by the business.
- In depth knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001, LPS 1014 & NSI Gold

Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be overall responsible for the leadership and management of any contract mobilisations that are allocated to you. These may be either singular or multiple site contracts over one or multiple regions.
- Drive and implement consistent set up for all new contracts in line with the National Service Strategy.
- To ensure correct set up and execution of each contract scope, ensuing there is a clear and robust mechanism for recording and achieving each contracts SLA’s KPI’s.
- To work with the Central Billing Team and Group Finance Manager to ensure that each contract is set up and complaint to the company revenue recognition procedures.
- To attend monthly Maintenance Sales Team pipeline call meetings to identify forthcoming contracts that are on the 85% plus forecast and that are likely to result in a client instruction.
- To review and advise approximate resourcing levels required in advance of each target contract and to report to the Regional Service Groups and Service Director.
- To attend pre and post-sale client meetings to provide mobilisation detail and planning.
- To provide support to the Service Director with existing contracts, specifically with remobilisations, contract amendments or client information requests.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (CONTINUED)
- To work with the Contracts Team at Head Office to ensure all contracts hold the relevant information required for each contract.
- Attend Contract & Mobilisation meetings with the Service Director and Contracts Team.
- To implement the correct compliance tools in line with the National Service Strategy and contract requirements.
- Work closely with the Monitoring Department as part of any mobilisation to identify and ensure the smooth transition of any monitoring contracts.
ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Initiating initial mobilisation meetings for new contracts received into the business.
- Ensuring the correct compliance methods are implemented across the business.
