Description:

Your typical day as a Service Officer may include: - Answering client calls and resolving debt enquiries.- Negotiating debt management instalment plans with clients.- Using office technology systems and applications to manage and analyseinformation.- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and record-keeping standards.- Contributing to team and individual performance goals.You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: - A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.- The ability to interpret and apply legislation and/or policy or the ability to rapidly acquire this capability.We support a thriving and future-focused workforce which offers flexible working practices (e.g., working from home) to ensure suitable and tailored work/life balance whilst meeting organisational, community and government needs.
