KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • These will include (but not be limited to):
  • Take ownership for the delivery of onsite work, scheduling and coordinating with a range of engineers, sub-contractors and utilities companies
  • Offer guidance and direction to our customers on solutions available.
  • Quote site work, and spares where required, via our approved price lists and tender process
  • Manage jobs end to end from lead to invoice and follow up support, taking control of costs and ensuring margins in line with department guidelines.
  • Work with our engineer pool to ensure the complete scope of works is understood and planned ahead of job delivery.
  • With support from our H&S Officer, produce and supply RAMS for all work undertaken on site.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and response to their enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent ‘customer at the centre’ support across all communication platforms.
  • Utilise a number of online portals to review, input and manage customer data, orders and invoices.
  • Load, review, and manage orders and despatch parts using our ERP system, Microsoft D365.
  • Support all areas of the department in relation to office systems, bookings, POs, equipment hire, delivery dates, equipment hire etc.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are managed and supported in line with T&Cs.
  • Support UK and overseas travel arrangements and bookings where required.
  • Ensure a strong working relationship with other departments across Lucy Electric.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Lucy Electric and its customers.
  • Liaise closely with Manager to understand and manage priorities.
  • Attend training and continuous development opportunities as required.
