• You are responsible for operating the Delos Cloud IT Service Management tool that supports our IT and business processes

• You support the process owners and key users in mapping their processes in the tool and configure the appropriate features and functions with

• You work across functions with the teams to identify additive requirements and opportunities to extend the use of the ITSM tool capabilities
• As the service owner ITSM, you control the necessary services for your service, which may affect both technical operating and consulting services
• You train and support team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge of the tool and its functions
• You are the first point of contact for the ITSM tool, the billing and licensing model, and you monitor the incurred and predicted costs and ensure intercompany billing
• You are in contact with the manufacturer to add the latest developments and functions to the roadmap, if this fits into our tool and ITSM strategy
