• Driver of digital transformation: In this pioneering role, you will play a key role in building and developing the Azure-based and sovereign Delos Cloud. You will drive the digital transformation of the German public administration through the adoption and use of Microsoft 365. As Service Owner M365, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the platform and ensure that it meets the specific requirements of the authorities and ministries.

• Responsibility with vision: You will define the service strategy for M365 in the Delos Cloud and assume overall responsibility for the service lifecycle. From planning and implementation to operation and optimization of the platform, everything is in your hands.

• Interface between business and IT: As a liaison between the specialist departments of the public administration and the IT teams at Microsoft, you will ensure that the needs of the customers are heard and incorporated into the cloud solution.
• Collaboration and communication: You will maintain close relationships with all stakeholders, both internally at Microsoft and externally with the authorities and ministries. Through transparent communication and proactive action, you will build trust and promote cooperation.
• Innovation driver: You will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in collaboration technologies and identify new potential for the M365 platform. With your innovative spirit and expertise, you will drive the development of the platform forward.
