Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the Service Desk team fostering a positive work environment, providing support and guidance to ensure high quality technical response, delivery and solutions
- Drive and promote ITIL best practices, monitor performance, and nurture positive end user relationships to uplift customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in operational effectiveness, leveraging data-based decisioning, with a focus on exceeding customer and end users needs
- Identify and assess new and emerging software technologies, leading the introduction of suitable products and frameworks to enhance services
- Provide advice and guidance on IT Service Centre related issues, systems and services to meet key objectives
