REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:

• Strong knowledge in computer and MS office programs
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent speaking, writing and listening
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in office and relevant works
• university education business administration or HVAC diploma
• Customer service experience
• Preferable HVAC knowledge

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is for an entry-level professional in Customer Data Management, who compiles customer service data and customer problems conducts statistical analysis and develops recommendations for corrective procedures

• Planning and dispatching of SA/SR orders in the branch
• Jobs opening and closing in the system
• Materials plan and delivery
• Jobs SA/SR scheduling and planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

• Handling Jobs planning of SA/SR orders in the branch
• Scheduling and planning of SA/SR service orders in the branch
• Posting Carrier labour, OSL and parts charges
• Organization of office works and follow up
• communications with customers,
• Opening and closing job orders in the data base
• Receiving claims and handling customers inquiries in coordination with all team
• Issuing of parts delivery documents and ordering materials
• Initiating B2B orders and parts inquiries
