What You Will Bring

  • Minimum C1 Hungarian language skills and minimum B2 English language skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write, speak, listen, and present information effectively and persuasively
  • Strong organizational acumen and ability to multitask
  • A sense of urgency when performing daily tasks
  • Willingness to work in shifts (8:00-20:00)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
  • Drive and support successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography
  • Ensure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently
  • Work in a team environment and interacting with multiple internal teams
  • Work with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances
  • Deliver on predefined priorities and ensure customer contractual requirements are met
  • Identify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause miss of NCR’s contractual obligations
