Description:
The Vacancy
We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Service Product Owner for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As the Service Product Owner, you will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a Self-Service Portal and a global ticketing system. These projects are integral to transforming and aligning Megger’s customer service experience worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, define product visions, manage roadmaps, and ensure high adoption rates by promoting a data-driven approach to customer service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of a Self-Service Portal and global ticketing system.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design “as-is” and “to-be” processes, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide comprehensive training and support materials.
- Promote a data-driven culture by analysing and acting on customer feedback.
- Manage release updates and communicate new features to users.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with service platforms supporting operational excellence.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Agile principles and software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, RUP).
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and managing process efficiency.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or willingness to learn.
- Technology and vendor assessment experience.
