As the primary point of contact for our tenants, you will play a crucial role in managing maintenance requests, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive tenant relationships. Your responsibilities will include promptly logging and addressing maintenance requests, coordinating with internal departments for efficient resolution, and maintaining accurate documentation according to company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
