We are now looking for an Service Sales Account Manager-Contracts to join our team in UK.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • To manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams.
  • To own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators. To ensure account longevity and to maximise account potential and financial improvement. (Account profitability)

  • Proven organisational skills ~ able to prioritise workloads, incl. the ability
  • to multitask effectively.
  • Proven people management skills ~ able to coach, lead and motivate the team.
  • Possessing a high level of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client’s
  • Processes and business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and business focused with excellent communications skills.
  • The role is home based but may require some travel to the various offices and customer sites

Responsibilities:

To manage and take responsibility for the account renewal process.

  • To manage the financial administration of the account.
  • To manage the provision of expert advice design, product application and standards guidance to the account.
  • To maximise all UPS, MES & Thermal product opportunities within the account to be directed through to the relevant Vertiv team and monitor on a regular basis (dependent upon frequency of meetings).
  • To manage future product / systems migration strategies for the account
