Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations for the team through setting objectives, providing support and prioritisation.
  • Ensure excellent forecasting and reporting of all service revenue to UK&I and EMEA Service Management.
  • Drive revenue for service contracts through collaboration of Service Sales and other departments.
  • Strive to achieve ‘Best Team Wins’ value through developing and growing direct reports.
  • Develop relationships between internal teams and field teams.
  • Drive growth of VRS lead generation, revenue and customer connections.
  • Drive training revenue, supporting the booking and delivery of customer training by the Field Service Engineer and Tech Support teams.
  • Support the Service Manager UK&I achieve key engagement actions and goals
