We are currently looking for an experience professional to join Carrier as Service Sales Specialist in CHVAC Modernization and controls solutions for the Nordics and Baltics territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Solution sales in general & modernization & controls.
  • Business development with new & existing customers.
  • Monitoring key projects, pipeline reports to increase sales awareness & knowledge.
  • Maximise Market Share & increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin.
  • Frequent travelling within the territory to end users / service providers, main focus on the Swedish market.

Role Purpose:

  • Develop marketing & sales of Carrier service solutions to primary decision makers (focus on end users / service providers), whilst building long-term customer relationships, using company defined sales processes & tools.
  • Apply wider commercial knowledge to effectively differentiate Carrier within the market place.
  • Create competitive, high quality & timely estimates, bids, proposals & cost/benefit analysis. Verify new proposals & bids with manager prior to customer presentation. Negotiate value & impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
  • Negotiate terms & conditions that optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R) & ensure that Carrier Solutions financial standards are fully adhered to.
  • Prepare & present weekly/monthly business reports to include, quotation pipeline & order backlog.
  • Interact with other sales engineers in Service Nordics, New sales Nordics and Modernization Team in UK/Nordics and EMEA.
  • Team up with Project Manager Nordics in major bids and proposals
  • Reports to Service Director Nordics & dotted line to Service Director UK/Nordics

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CHVAC industry
  • Experience of managing your own time & customers, setting targets & monitoring progress.
  • Presentation skills & ability to conduct meetings
  • Several years of experience in CHVAC, sales, engineer/technician/project manager or other proven experience in CHVAC modernization/controls retrofit solutions.
  • SWE Driving Licence
  • Fluent Swedish & English; Finnish is an advantage.
