COLAC BAY TAVERN / SOUTH ISLAND PROPERTIES LIMITED

We are currently looking for 3 Service Supervisors, who is willing to work in a challenging environment and ready to learn. The experience in the related field is appreciated but not necessary.
We require the following: -

· Multilinguistic and multitasking people will be given preference.

  • Must be ready to learn and adjust in a dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a friendly and professional team.
A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:-

Determine work requirements and allocating duties to Commercial Housekeepers, Luggage Porters, and Doorpersons

  • Conferring with managers to coordinate activities with other organisational units.
  • Must be able to maintain attendance records and rosters as per company policy.
  • Must have knowledge of health and safety at workplace, must be able to explain and enforce safety regulations.
  • Must be able to oversee the work of the unit and suggest required improvements and changes.
  • Must be able to be conferring with workers to resolve grievances.
  • Must be able to perform front office and hotel reception duties.

    Competitive wages paid weekly up to $29.66 per hour
    30 hours / week, but with Flexibility in relation to working overtime.
    Full time position, Monday-Friday between 9am-5:00 pm
    Location: Otago
