Description:
SALARY
The starting salary will be from £25,007 to £27,069 on Grade C, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an IT Service Support Analyst - IT, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient computer operation to enable University of Exeter users to accomplish their business tasks. You will play a crucial role in receiving, prioritising, documenting, and resolving end-user support requests, escalating incidents and requests when necessary to meet SLA expectations. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, as user support is provided via email and telephone.
