Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Support the Service Support function by establishing documentation and key performance indicators to ensure consistency, productivity and accuracy of all related processes. Provide support, training, and leadership to the Service Support Administrator (SSA) and Data Entry teams. Identify business process/system enhancements to ensure attainment of department and Service goals. Provide team training on business processes and systems. Provide on-going technical and process support and direction for Siebel and related systems. Support the development and testing of software changes to the Siebel CRM applications. Assist with the development of Siebel training to support the global service business. Assist in the training of the field service organization to drive ongoing adoption of CRM.
