Ellab is currently experiencing a significant growth and, to support this, we’re expanding our Service Team. We’re looking for a talented and skilled Service Technician that will join our vibrant and dynamic Service Department and contribute to our continued success and innovation.

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO ELLAB

As a Service Technician, you’ll join a dedicated team of 8 professionals and your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and repairing incoming service cases, while efficiently sorting and prioritizing them.
You’ll engage with both internal and external contacts on daily basis: outstanding collaboration, top-notch customer service and high quality are essential for success!
You’ll bring a skilled, service-oriented and customer-focused approach, enabling you to enjoy a mix of technically challenging tasks and routine duties, taking pride in completing both. You’ll quickly adapt to new IT systems, especially since Ellab uses proprietary software. Additionally, your motivation to work with high-end products known for their advanced technology, superior quality, and user-friendliness will be essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in electronics.
  • Experience in repairing/troubleshooting electronics.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Proficient with PC/IT systems.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferably experienced in an ISO9001-certified company.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair customer products, documenting errors and causes.
  • Provide technical customer support.
  • Register and prioritize incoming service cases and prepare quotes.
  • Maintain and set up equipment.
  • Handle technical ad-hoc tasks.
