Service Technician

You will report to the Non-US Service Manager Europe and will be mainly responsible for customer service in Romania.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Independently solving the service related tasks in the field of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and machine operation and performs the service intervention
• Supporting the commissioning of the machines to customer
• Supporting the customers in solving the technical issues - mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and machine operation
• Collaborating with other departments to optimally solve the technical issues at customers
• Participating and supporting the internal acceptance of the machines
• Participating with others to optimally eliminate the repetitive technical issues
• Providing feedback from service interventions
• Performing other tasks assigned by supervisorExecution of warranty and after-sales service interventions at customer facilities

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum bachelor degree (preferred mechatronics/electrical/mechanical )
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industries - practice in machines service is required
• Experience in reading user documentation (electrical/mechanical/ pneumatics/hydraulics)
• Expertise in SIEMENS Simatic S7 programming is advace
• Valid regulation for electrotechnical works
• Good command of English and Polish - (ability to communicate independently with customers)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows XPWillingness to frequent travel
