Your tasks
As a service technician for high-tech robotic systems, you can expect an exciting and varied position in which you will be responsible for an entire system. Your day-to-day work will be significantly influenced by digital systems that support and optimize your work. As part of our start-up culture, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape and continuously improve our processes.

Requirements

  • You have completed your training in the field of mechatronics/electronics or anything comparable
  • With your friendly approach, you are available to help and advise our customers
  • We require a willingness to travel (max. 80%) and a class B driving license
  • You ensure compliance with the guaranteed service times for our customers
  • Troubleshooting is no foreign word for you
  • You are an ambitious and independent person with a quick grasp and a high level of quality awareness
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills are require

Responsibilities:

  • Working with high-tech systems: You will work with cutting-edge robotic systems that are pioneering in the industry and are constantly being further developed.
  • Full responsibility: You will gain insights into the entire robotic system, from maintenance to troubleshooting, optimization and documentation of the services you provide.
  • Digital systems & computer-based tools: Digital systems such as Confluence, Jira and our debugging tools will be a central part of your day-to-day work. You will use these systems to plan and document your work and to interact with the system.
  • Process optimization: As a member of our startup culture, you can actively participate in adapting and optimizing our processes so that you can carry out your work without unnecessary bureaucracy and overhead.
  • Customer support: You will be a trusted contact for our customers, train them in the use of our robots and ensure a positive customer relationship.
