Summary
We are looking for a “Service Technician for Antenna Maintenance and Repair (Mechanics & Electronics) (f/m/d)” for the “Field Service” department at the Kiel site as soon as possible.
The tasks in “Field Service” include the installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of military and civil radar systems and antenna systems.
As a service technician, the focus is on carrying out maintenance work and repairs directly at our customers’ sites. We are therefore looking for a committed and qualified employee who would like to work in the field. Our employees are responsible for the careful inspection and maintenance of civil and military antenna systems.

Your Tasks

  • Maintenance, servicing and repair of mechanical and electrical components on antenna systems - often at lofty heights directly in the antenna field
  • Together in a team of 2 to 6 colleagues, you will ensure that all work is carried out safely, smoothly and efficiently
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to ensure optimum system operation
  • Support in comprehensive troubleshooting through targeted troubleshooting and correction of electrical systems
  • Careful documentation of all maintenance, servicing and repair work for complete traceability and quality assurance
  • High willingness to travel within Germany (up to 70% of working time)

Your Profile

  • Completed training in the field of electromechanics, mechanics, mechatronics or a comparable qualification as a skilled worker, master craftsman, technician or similar
  • Ideally, professional experience in the industrial maintenance and repair of machines and systems as well as knowledge of work preparation
  • IT skills in MS Office and the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Class B driving license
  • Good knowledge of German
