Service Technician Full Time

Dairyglen are Irelands leading Ice cream & Machines solutions provider. We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our expanding team to look after our customers Slush machines to include minor fixes & cleaning on site and in our Warehouse in Bray Co Wicklow .
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional individual who may be mechanically minded and is looking for a new direction with their career with a progressive team .
In this role you will provide best in class service to our customers in relation to maintenance of our Slush equipment on sites in Leinster & Northern Ireland .

Experience:

• Mechanical: 1 year (preferred

• To work with the Service Department Controller to organise your Maintenance calls on a weekly schedule on site with Customers and in Service Warehouse .
• To work directly with the Senior service technicians in relation to training, machine and service issues reporting.
• To develop and refine your skills to provide our customers with best-in-class customer experience.
• Adherence & to document all Quality and Health and Safety procedures both on site and in Warehouse to ensure safe consistent work .
• Be a Trusted Advisor for the customer in the use and maintenance of their equipment to build the customer relationship.
• Requirements:
• You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to provide best in class cleaning & servicing.
• This role will involve travelling most days, some overnights ,flexibility is required for this role .
• Preferable to be based in Wicklow/North Dublin or surrounding areas .
• Service Van , Mobile phone , laptop , Uniforms will be provided .
• 2 years previous work experience is required , might suit a mechanically minded person .
• Hours Mon- Friday ( Breakdown/Out of Hours response may be part of this role)
• Must have full Licence ( Preferably over 25)

  Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
