Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining great customer satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Escalating unresolved problems according to predefined service procedures
  • Providing operator training on our equipment to our customers
  • Performing corrective and preventative maintenance on the Wide Format Systems which includes pre/post third party equipment and software at the customer site and/or region
  • Maintaining parts inventory and controlling parts expenses and overtime
  • Performing installations, deinstalls, and/or relocations at the customer site
  • Maintaining diagnostic and physical tools

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Vocational or Technical Training in electrical / networking is required
  • Superb computer and technical skills to understand schematic boards and have a working knowledge of operating systems
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fixing equipment
  • Strong time management to balance and prioritize multiple maintenance calls
  • Excellent equipment operation skills are required to operate Wide Format Printing Systems
  • Ability to review equipment, analyze issues, and troubleshoot systems
  • Strong communication skills required to effectively explain issues and train end users
