In this role, you will manage the technical service support to Ecolab customers in Institutional and Textile Care Division customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Science graduate, Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of electrical circuits working

Safety

• Operate in a safety culture ensuring you follow all safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
• Act as a safety champion with Ecolab employees and customers

Account Management & Customer Value Delivery

• Ensure smooth operations of Ecolab assets at customer location by minimising the downtime
• Attend to the breakdown calls and deliver the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedules
• Complete the new installations as per high standards of Ecolab quality
• Generate Ecolab Sales and Service reports where assigned
