QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of Grade 12 or GED; automotive, millwright or electrical trade is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Experience with MS Office, basic programming knowledge
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Understand the detailed mechanical and electrical workings of all Prairie Machine products
- Assess malfunctioning mechanical/electrical modules and determine the cause of the failure
- Perform quality repairs with a keen attention to detail
- Accurately communicate with the customer and our engineers
- Provide input/feedback to the design team, regarding serviceability and longevity of products
- Assist production staff as required
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Up to 50% of travel may be required
