As a Service Technician at TKH Security, you will be responsible for supporting our system integrators in carrying out preventive and corrective software maintenance and software updates, including logging.
You will support our system integrators nationwide in the course of installation, configuration and commissioning of our security solutions at their end customers. You will provide support over the phone, remotely and on-site. In the course of your activities at the customer’s site, you will pass on your know-how to the customer in the best possible way.
Fault analysis and troubleshooting are also part of your job.
