Description:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in fluid power and/or mechanical work within an industrial environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong background in hydraulics and/or mechanics in industrial settings.
- Ability to use hand tools and possess your own tool set.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with fluid power schematics (an asset).
- Technical training and knowledge of industrial products (an asset).
- Capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working on uneven surfaces or in challenging positions

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute in-house repairs, emergency services, and on-site troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
- Proficiently diagnose complex issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, control, and electrical systems.
- Perform detailed inspections and execute preventive maintenance services.
- Lead the installation and commissioning of services, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and service activities.
- Follow established company processes and procedures for all service calls, repairs, and warranty requests, including comprehensive documentation in our system.
- Provide advanced technical assistance to customers, offering expert guidance on product selection, pricing, and quotes.
- Educate customers about our products and recommend system modifications when necessary.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with customers and nurture ongoing connections.
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and prioritize visits to key clients based on a strategic schedule.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies, both at Wainbee’s facilities and customer locations.
