Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Trainer to join our Natus Sensory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for both our internal service teams and customers, globally. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in training development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing training.
  • Proven experience in developing and hosting training programs, ideally within a service business.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, customer focus, and a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical device technology, including applicable quality and safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global training concept for internal service teams and customers, including both online and in-person training modules.
  • Create detailed work instructions, documents, and presentations to support training initiatives.
  • Organize and manage future training offerings, measuring success through Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Management of service tools and equipment within the service organization, ensuring compliance with training levels and standards.
  • Stay updated with new regulations and standards for hearing assessment and fitting equipment calibration.
  • Maintain an organized approach to training administration and logistics.
