SKILLS WE NEED IN OUR TEAM

  • Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, align expectations, and facilitate effective collaboration between diverse teams and disciplines
  • Facilitation expertise, with the ability to lead workshops, co-creation sessions, and design sprints, ensuring active participation and actionable outcomes.
  • Strong experience in research and validation activities (e.g. user and stakeholder interviews, secondary research, usability testing)
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and interest in lean and agile product development environments.
  • Ability to articulate concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly and compellingly to colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Basic understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices
  • Educational background in Interaction, UX/UI or Product Design and first professional experience in corresponding roles
  • Proficiency in English, fluent in German
  • This is an on-site job based in Munich

We’re looking for a Service Designer with UX/UI experience to join our team at Futurice in Munich. You’ll join our highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, working closely with clients and users to co-create impactful, intuitive and accessible design solutions. We’re looking for someone who shares our excitement about digital experiences that have a positive impact on people’s lives.
