JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems for order entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A background in automotive repair or maintenance is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
