Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: London/Reading, UK
Duration: 3-6 month contract
Working mode: hybrid (2-3 days onsite a week)

MANDATORY SKILLS:

Must be a very knowledgeable ServiceNow architect min 5 years of ServiceNow architecture assignments
Must be an expert in implementation design (CSDM) and planning
Must have broad customer experience (know what most customers do as best practice)
Must have gravitas and hold the room
Must have excellent documentation skills

1.) To architect| design and develop [through team] solutions for product/sustenance delivery.
(2.) To ensure knowledge upgrades and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements.
(3.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on an understanding of a domain or technology.
(4.) To train and develop a team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
