Our global consultancy team works with customers across the public and private sectors, covering transportation, finance, pharmaceuticals and government agencies. We have customers using a wide range of ServiceNow Applications, supporting them both as a Managed Service Provider and with their own Cloud or On-Premise instances.
Overview
We are growing our consultancy team to advise, specify, govern and implement for our customers. You will bring your wide knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform to help customers to build a roadmap for realising value and translate this into technical designs to deliver their business processes. You will provide technical leadership and implementation governance. During implementation you will mentor junior developers while also carrying out complex development tasks.
We are building a collaborative culture to support each other while growing our expertise across the vast Now Platform.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
Your Skills & Experience
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will have 5+ years of strong experience in ServiceNow with a combination of technical development and customer-facing skills. Our Technical Architects have very wide experience with 7+ years on the ServiceNow Platform and further experience within ITSM or Software Engineering.
You communicate openly with technical colleagues & customer stakeholders, while supporting Business Analysts, Project Managers and others in the implementation team. You’re able to present business process solutions to customers and guide them towards best practice implementations. You advise on customer requirements, providing qualification and questioning as required to work together to deliver efficient, maintainable and flexible outcomes.
We are growing the impact of the Now Platform in our customer’s organisations, taking them through the journey of a strong ITSM, ITOM & CSDM foundation, through to adjacent areas of SPM, Custom Apps, SecOps and beyond. You will have strong expertise across the Platform, in ITSM and in Custom Applications, with good knowledge of ITOM, CMDB & CSDM, and will have Certifications across some of these areas with a desire to grow your skills further. We will provide training opportunities to grow further across the Platform and enhance your Certifications.
We are looking for people who will be an advocate of Best Practice implementation standards and will bring their own contribution to growing knowledge sharing and growth of quality within our team.
