Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and the ServiceNow engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives. This involves enhancing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and meticulously documenting requirements. A key responsibility is to understand the client’s business challenges and effectively communicate these needs to the ServiceNow engineering team.
Responsibilities include:
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND ANALYSIS:
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Map and understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Define clear and measurable requirements that the development team can use as a foundation for development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business analysis experience or a related field
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with Agile
- Fluent English and Norwegian or Swedish
- Ability to understand business processes and their definitions
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
