Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months
Pay Rates:
IC: $71.49 per hour
T4: $62.75 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g., Solution Architects and Quality Assurance staff)
  • Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
  • Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager
  • Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Able to perform BSA tasks effectively while assigned to a single project or multiple concurrent projects

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in driving ServiceNow Integration Projects
  • 5 years ServiceNow BSA experience
  • 3 years Confluence/JIRA experience
  • 3 years Agile delivery experience
  • 3 years ITIL process/ITSM solutions experience
  • Service Now Certifications - ServiceNow Foundational

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
