ServiceNow Certified Master Architect – (d/f/m)
Location: Berlin
The Opportunity
Master Architect is a professional with extensive IT industry and ServiceNow experience. Develops and interprets a range of structural designs and also act as mentors, managers, and advisors. Actively supports business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable, and business oriented solutions based on Now platform. Master Architect involved in design and architecture of complex systems on all levels, from legacy migration, through core platform setup, to integrations, automations, and orchestrations.

Your Key Result Areas

• Lead and guide a team of junior staff members.
• Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
• Review project documents for quality assurance
• Interact and consult with clients.
• Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.
• Compile requirements for Third era and solutions to offer to our customers.
• Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.
• Collaborates with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions.
• Provides input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
• Supports implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions.
• Provides input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.
• Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.
• Create technology related artifacts that our service delivery team utilize as a client deliverable Establishes and enforces systems design and architectural standards, establishes maintains best practices and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
• Supports pre-sales activities including scoping, compilation of estimates and generation of statement of work documents.
• Key contributor to marketing activities including webinars, social media posts, blogs and white papers

Your Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Management Information
• Systems, Computer Science or another related field or higher (preferred)
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation
• Certified in ITIL Foundation (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
• 7+ completed full implementations.
• 5+ years of multiple platform configuration
• 3+ years of senior technical experience
• Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.
• Recent experience with platform components such as flow designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, and Integration Hub Soft skills
• Ability to identify and resolve client’s needs and anticipate future problems.
• Ability to lead, guide, and govern, effectively.
• Ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms.
• Strong English communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)
