YOUR DAY AT NTT DATA

NTT Data is looking for a hands-on and passionate ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the Go To Market team.
The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for participating in the delivery of ServiceNow consulting missions to clients by providing strategies and solutions on all aspects of ServiceNow platform and related technology components.

KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow solutions around ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD
  • Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. This includes, but is not limited to: development of project estimates, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews
  • Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on and web services integrations.
  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture and relational databases.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  • Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances.
  • Experience on service portal development
  • Focused on results, to achieve company targets.
  • Advanced understanding of sales analytics, sales practices and principles.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with tight timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very good communication skills. Ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness in getting things accomplished.
  • Ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience working with ServiceNow products and solutions.
  • Strong pre-sales experience, including conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.
  • French and English required.
  • Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business and IT stakeholders, procurement, CxO levels.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver consulting mission supporting our customers in the definition of their overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow platform; from strategy to execution
  • Propose optimization suggestions to follow the evolution of new features offered by ServiceNow and respect current best practices,
  • Participates in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototyping business solutions
  • Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs to the elementary business process (EBP) level and derived logical process (DLP) level
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers’ challenges and give product demonstrations to align ServiceNow solutions with customer needs
  • Supports gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition
  • Support ServiceNow Solutions and Services sale as a technical and domain expert
  • Directly supports strategic deals and client engagement practices and provides subject matter expertise on RFPs/RFIs.
