REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a strong emphasis on UIBuilder and customer service modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and integration methods such as REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs.
• Familiarity with portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to configure automated processes using Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Strong understanding of Performance Analytics and its application in ServiceNow.

• Create and manage user interfaces using UIBuilder, ensuring high proficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and optimize our customer service instances (3 CSM) with proficient knowledge.
• Utilize your conversant knowledge in HRSD to enhance HR services and processes.
• Design and develop ServiceNow portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Employ strong JavaScript skills to build and customize applications and features within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, or other methods.
• Work with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs, to streamline integration and functionality.
• Configure automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs to improve efficiency.
• Utilize Performance Analytics to create and manage reports and dashboards that provide insights into system performance and business metrics.
