Job Description
You will be part of the blended project team comprised of specialists which could be Deloitte colleagues and/or SMEs from the client. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to meet the client’s business needs. Leveraging your ServiceNow expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, customise, and optimise the platform to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery for clients.
Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow Certifications:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2 years of experience with platform customization in relevant delivery platforms.
• 2 years of experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget creation.
• 2 years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• 2 years of experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• 2 years of experience leading and mentoring Junior ServiceNow team members.
• 2 years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
