ServiceNow Developer (contract)

Join our Service Management team as a skilled Developer/Software Engineer who specializes in implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will create user-friendly and customizable solutions that align with specific business requirements. Working collaboratively in a virtual team environment, you will be responsible for translating requirements into functional features and configuring application UI and workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of ITIL
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS) in a SaaS environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Accreditations in all product lines
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and additional product lines outside of ITSM

• Develop using Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, and CSS across the full stack of Web technologies
• Work within a Scrum-based Agile development process to code efficiently
• Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into features
• Configure Application UI and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Create integration components with various HR systems such as SSO and LDAP
• Participate in Scrum meetings and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide timely updates to management on assigned tasks for effective communication
• Contribute to the enhancement of Service Management processes
