Our work includes clear requirement specifications gathering involving both process and technology aspects. We always base our advice and implementations on proven best practices. Working as our customers’ trusted architects, we secure the platform for the future, and provide solutions to support their business demands. We work agile with prototyping to show early effects and opportunities.

TO SUM IT UP, YOU’LL BENEFIT FROM THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • 2+ years experience in ServiceNow Development Projects
  • Experience or knowledge in front-end(Portal) development is required
  • ServiceNow certifications is a plus
  • Good technical-, and problem solving skills.
  • Passion about Business Technology, and what innovative solutions can do for organisations.
  • Self driven attitude and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer to be able to deliver the best quality solutions to them
  • Participate in agile ServiceNow projects, stand ups, sprints, development, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new releases
  • Introduce new features to customers’ ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, PPM, CSM, core platform, integrations, service portal, etc.
  • Support the customer’s existing ServiceNow instances
